TERMS OF SERVICE

• Customer service is one of my top priorities, if I cannot help you or I'm not able to complete your order I will refund 100% of the money you paid immediately. (unless you have paid for work progress, and have received images detailing WIP).

• you will have an image of the character for me to reference even the most basic (non skill) image will do. ( I will only accept descriptions if I am designing the character for you).
​
• First edit is free, after that it will be 10$ per edit.
​
• Commercial use is +50% of total price.
• I may deny your order for any reason.
​
• You as the customer will only secure a commission slot after a full payment is made.
​
• All payments are to be made upfront and in-full unless otherwise negotiated.
​
• Large projects like comics/animations may be negotiated individually.
​
• I am only open for negotiations if you wish to order an animation or a comic page.
​
• If you wish to see work in progress it will cost 40$ extra, as I am working on multiple order and do not stop working until they are all done in order and priority. (you don't want this, you get one edit for free).

• I get paid in U.S. dollars.

​• There will be no refunds or reimbursements after work completion.
​
• I delete all my files after about 2 months so please back up your own files.
​
• I don't stream (if you want me to stream the entire progress for some reason I will charge 60$ on top of the 40$ work in progress fee)

• Ask about original characters that belong to me, they are not off limits but I will not have them engage in certain content, so you have to ask for permission.
• 15% discount if I get artistic freedom in a medieval fantasy, SCI-FI, or (game master) sort of setting.

• If an individual wishes to remain anonymous please be sure to let me know. I will ask regardless.
​
• private commissions are +20% of the original price.
​
• Patreon users get priority queue.
• All work will be completed in a timely manner (max 3 weeks after placing the order.)
(customers will be notified if emergent or peculiar circumstances arise. All customers may receive a full refund at this point if no work has been made prior, or choose to wait longer).
I will do all I can to accommodate many of my customers, but please keep in mind that professional doesn't mean kiss-ass and I can't accommodate everyone. (Please remember what you are getting and how much you're getting it for, my whole angle is to do more for less while providing the best customer support I can ☻).
